Why asking money in iTunes ?

Dear
Your app in my phone got it when it was free.
Now it is not updating on phone and in iTunes asking to purchase it and seen the same problem about your other application. Asking for money.
If you canceled the app purchase please remove it from the device too by yourself.
Totally disappointing.
Guy dont believe their promotional all fraud I guess.
